I spent a lot of time in this hotel with Errezeta in summer, and there are only good things to say about it: The staff is like a family, all of them super kind, polite, and ready to arrange everything if something happens ! The all inclusive package: the fact that we could eat and drink whatever we wanted from 10 to 22 was almost unbelievable, is the best way to spend a great vacation (and spend less money!) The swimming pool area is huge, and you can relax sunbathing , playing cards, swimming, but most important once per week there is one of the best services they can offer : LA BARBACOA! For a whole day they grill a lot of types of meat, and a super tasty paella, it’s the best way to take a break from the clubs and disco of the night! The owner, Francisco, is a great man, he cares about everything and he does everything where necessary. Everyday your room will be clean, and everyday you will think “I love festa brava!” Truly recommended
The rooms were not great. Sometimes it wasn't really clean just in general. But the service was good. Small buffet with only a little selection but that's okay for a 3 star hotel. Would've expected it to be far worse. The People who work here are very nice I liked the crew. At night there is security who is a little creepy sometimes but only wants everyone to be safe and have a good time. Just don't be too loud after nicht hours. Rooms weren't too great honestly. The location is great it's not far from the city you can easily walk everywhere. Overall good hotel but I would only recommend it for a club trip where you only want to party not for a family trip etc.
It was best 2 weeks rest of my life. we was young and everything was cool. if you not a snob, this hotel for you!
